Machinefabriek van de Weert Helmond b.v. is a member of the Koninklijke Metaalunie and of the Branch group SPMA (Specialists Production Mechanization and Automation) within the Metaalunie. The SPMA has developed a tool to control the risks involved in completing engineering projects. This tool is called the SPMA Project Approach. This Project Approach gives structure in the progress of a project. Through this structured way of working it is possible to control all the technical, financial and time consuming risks, which are involved in each development assignment. With the use of SPMA we like to give our customers maximum transparency during the complete path.
